Domaine Labruyère – Le Clos 2008, Monopole – Moulin-à-Vent

The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a fine richness as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of strawberry, blackberry and small notes of vanilla associated with discreet touches of coconut (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of mushroom (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a juicy / acidulous frame, a small straightness, suavity, elegance and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of plum, juicy raspberry and small notes of red berries, cherry associated with touches of vanilla, Zan, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of butter (in the background). Tannins are slightly mellow.
