The nose is aromatic, a bit tight and spicy. It needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of plum, cassis and gray pepper combined with fine touches of red fruits and flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a beautiful gourmandise, suavity, a racy minerality, finesse, a small tension as well as a small acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy Quetsche plum, fleshy / juicy raspberry and small notes of red berries, violet associated with small touches of cassis, rose as well as discreet hints of Zan. Tannins are very fine. Good length. There are a slight toasted hint, coffee as well as an imperceptible hint of almond on the finish / persistence.
