Light straw yellow colour. The nose offers nuances of exotic fruits, mango and nectarine. The breadth of the fruit is immediately apparent on the palate, with pineapple and grapefruit adding to the warmth. The white pepper, which was subtle on the nose, takes on a more massive character on the palate, particularly on the long finish. The wine is overall well-balanced, with a slightly zesty finish that plays particularly well with the refreshing bitter note.
