The wine has a pale orange-pink color, bright and limpid. The nose is fresh and fruity, dynamic. There are notes of lime and green grapefruit as well as white pepper and crisp white peach. We also perceive hints of angelica and tangerine leaves. The palate is fresh with an important acid frame. We have fruit and it’s straight, slender with length. There are notes of yellow peach, ripening apricot and crunchy green berries. The acidity is very gripping and salivating.
