The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of eggs creams and white fruits associated with fine hints of lemon (in the background) as well as a very discreet hint of toasted, flowers and vanilla flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, well-built and offers a good definition, a good structure, dynamism as well as a fine acidulous/lemon frame. Beautiful finesse of the effervescence. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, green apple and small notes of juicy brugnon associated with touches of citrus (mandarin, yuzu…) as well as discreet hints of brioche and toasted. Good length.
