The nose is fruity and offers a fine juiciness, a fine intensity/power and delicacy. It reveals notes of fleshy/ripe raspberry, fleshy/ripe cherry, small notes of liquorice stick associated with small touches of small ripe red berries, plum as well as very discreet hints of cuben pepper and thyme. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful tension as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy red cherry, small crushed red berries and small notes of blackberry associated with a touch of juicy plum, crushed/juicy cassis as well as a discreet hint of flowers, tea, liquorice stick and cardamom. Good length. Discreet hints of cocoa on the persistence.
