Domaine Joncy – Granit 2015 – Bourgogne

The nose offers richness and a small concentration. It reveals notes of green apple skin, fleshy / fresh nectarine and small notes of flowers associated with a hint of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, a fine suavity, a fine tension and freshness (on the attack). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / fresh nectarine, brugnon and small notes of crushed pear associated with touches of lemon paste as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and a very discreet touch of butter. Good length.
