The nose is elegant, precise, delicate and offers a fine power in roundness, precision as well as a fine straightness. It reveals notes of quince, lime blossom and small notes of white flowers associated with fine touches of green peach as well as a discreet hint of crunchy pear, almost fresh curry, with a very discreet hint of fresh almond, pepper and an imperceptible hint of saltiness. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, juiciness, an acidulous structure, a nice tension as well as purity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright/juicy apple, mirabelle plum and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with touches of zest as well as fine saline/iodized hints, almost walnut, almost toasted and an imperceptible hint brown butter. Nice persistence with a subtle firmness. Good bitterness.
