The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of quince and flowers (white and yellow) associated with fine touches of Mirabelle plum as well as very fine hints of tilleul/verbena, beeswax/brioche and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, tension, fat as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, zests and small notes of quince associated with a hint of citrus mesocarp, apple as well as fine hints of flowers. Good length. A persistence with slight notes of almond/honey.
