The nose is aromatic, gourmand, elegant and offers a fine untuosity. It reveals notes of brioche, peach compote, crushed brugnon and pear combined with hints of quenette, vanilla and almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, suavity, a good definition, straightness, elegance, a nice minerality, a fine freshness, finesse as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of sweet lemon, peach compote, quince and small notes of pear associated with touches of quenette, citrus, orange zest as well as touches of vanilla and almond. Good length and good persistence. There is an imperceptible touch of white pepper on the finish / persistence. The persistence is almost tannic.
