It reveals notes of plum cream, blackberry and flowers associated with slight notes of cherry, juicy wild strawberry, woody notes, notes of chocolate, gray pepper as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand, fleshy, smooth, juicy and offers a mineral frame, finesse, richness as well as a beautiful balanced. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of plum cream, blackberry and slight notes of strawberry associated with hints of chocolate, juicy blueberry, toasted oak as well as a discreet hint of caramelization. Tannins are fine, racy and structuring. There are slight notes of dark chocolate on the persistence.
