The nose is fruity, fresh and dynamic. It reveals notes of lemon and touches of yuzu associated with a slight note of brioche, butter and a slight / discreet note of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, relatively fat and well conducted. The effervescence is fine, gourmande and plentiful. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of lemon, yuzu and peach combined with slight notes of pineapple and a discreet note of buttered brioche. Good length.
