The nose is well-balanced and offers a beautiful grain, a fine intensity as well as fat. It reveals notes of apple, quince and small notes of apple associated with fine touches of melon, white flowers, very fine hints of minerality as well as a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the fat, a fine tension as well as a very fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy Mirabelle plum, juicy kumquat and small notes of quince associated with a hint of pear, melon, a subtle hint of citrus as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and butter. Good length.
