The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the fat, a fine tension as well as a very fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy Mirabelle plum, juicy kumquat and small notes of quince associated with a hint of pear, melon, a subtle hint of citrus as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and butter. Good length.
