The wine is pale with a discreet, shiny and limpid coloring on rose gold. The nose is aromatic and fruity, gourmand. There are notes of crunchy red apple, juicy vine peach and apricot. We perceive a hint of grapefruit and garrigue. The palate is fresh and fruity with a slightly oily texture. There is a sour frame. There are notes of juicy yellow peach as well as pear and blood orange. We perceive a discreet touch of pepper. The finish is pleasant, spicy, dynamic with a hint of olive branch. Nice balance.
