The nose is elegant, delicate and offers a certain complexity as well as a cashmere touch . It reveals notes of bright cassis, bright Boysenberry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of pulpy small blue fruits, cornflowers, zan as well as fine hints of tonka bean, Bourbon vanilla bean and a very discreet hint of bergamot. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful freshness, minerality, a certain delicacy, gourmandize, dynamism, a small chiseled side, generosity, a nice finesse as well as harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright purple plum, violet, Boysenberry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of bright cherry, tonka bean, cardamom as well as hints of vanilla, nutmeg, hazelnut and a discreet hint of bergamot. Tannins are precise and very finely firm.
