The nose is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and elegant. It reveals notes of exotic fruit, quince and crunchy mirabelle plum combined with touches of flowers, butter and a discreet touch of spice. The palate is fruity, fine, mineral, well-balanced, elegant, racy, straight and offers delicacy, a fine suavity, tension and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe quince, juicy small yellow fruits / mirabelle plum and crushed pear associated with a touch of peach, exotic fruits, beeswax as well as a touch of brioche, almond and a very discreet hint of saline minerality on the aftertaste. Good persistence.
