It reveals notes of quince, dried orange and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with slight touches of flowers, butter and zest. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, discreetly tight and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, gourmandise, finesse, a fine tension, a fine acid frame as well as a fine concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy orange and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with slight touches of butter, flowers as well as a hint of zest and an imperceptible hint of spices. Good length and persistence. There are discreet toasted hints / toasted almond and an imperceptible hint of dried almond on the persistence.
