The nose is fruity, fresh and quite gourmand. It reveals notes of pear, fresh green apple and fine touches of quince associated with a hint of honey, fresh almond, subtle hints of citrus as well as a discreet hint of flowers (hawthorn, honeysuckle) and wood. The wine need to be put in carafe. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a fine acidity, elegance, straightness, an aerial side, a racy mineral / schist, fat and suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, ripe pear and fine touches of mirabelle, ripe citrus fruits combined with a touch of honey, almond and a subtle hint of wood as well as a discreet hint of pâtisseries on the finish. Good length and good persistence.
