The nose is fresh, juicy, elegant, precise and very slightly retained. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, fresh zest of mandarin and small notes of quince combined with fine touches of white fruit, peach blossoms and hints of spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, well-framed and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small tension as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy / fresh mandarin and small notes of quince associated with small touches of juicy yellow fruits, white flowers, hints of nutmeg, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of brioche and a subtle hint of curry/spices. Good length. Imperceptible almost tannic hint / grainy hint on persistence.
