The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, fat and a fine effervescence. In the mouth this Crémant du Jura expresses notes of lemon, apple and fine notes of pear associated with touches of yellow fruit and a discreet hint of yellow plum and honey / muesli. Good length. The finish reveals fine notes of citrus.
