The nose is tight and offers a little spicy touch. It reveals notes of dried yellow apples and peach and more slightly of fresh quince associated with small touches of zest, mesocarps and fine hints of lemon blossom. There are also hints of pineapple, verbena, a discreet hint of almond and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a nice freshness, roundness, a certain tension as well as finesse. We find the notes of quince, dried apples and more slightly peach associated with touches of yellow berries, pineapple, yellow flowers as well as a subtle hint of almond, honey / beeswax and discreet white blossoms / medicinal blossoms. We finish with fine hints of pepper and toasted almond. Presence of a discreet salinity in the background. Good length. Discreet firmness on the lingering finish.
