Domaine Fleuron de Liot 2019 – Saint-Estèphe 

The nose is fruity and offers power, concentration and a certain intensity. It reveals notes of small black fruits, griotte, small notes of blackberry associated with touches of candied strawberry, blueberry as well as hints of Sichuan pepper and flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers and acidulous frame, juiciness and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of blueberry associated with touches of crushed cassis, crushed strawberry as well as hints of chocolate, liquorice/zan and very discreet hints of Sichuan pepper. A persistence on notes of caramelization and caramelized hazelnut.
