The nose is fruity, mineral and offers a fine freshness as well as a fine minerality. It reveals notes of flat peach, apple and small notes of ripe citrus associated with small touches of quince, zest, minerality as well as a discreet hint of lychee. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition as well as a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed apple, compoted peach and small notes of pear associated with small touches of passion fruit, quenette as well as hints of crystallized citrus and a very discreet hint of almonds / dried fruits (in the background / on the finish). Good length.
