Domaine Fleck – Riesling 2015 – Zinnkoepflé – Alsace Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, mineral and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of lime and flint associated with small notes of apple, crushed pear, yuzu as well as touches of flowers and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, juicy, well-balanced and offers suavity, a slight acid frame, a nice juiciness, a slight tension, a slight freshness, finesse as well as a beautiful and slightly unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy mandarine, sweet pink grapefruit and passion fruits associated with slight touches of quenette, crushed pear, vanilla as well as a very discreet hint zests and an imperceptible hint of almond. Good length.
