The nose is fresh, mineral, elegant and offers intensity. The wine wins to be decanted. There are notes of fresh lemon and apple associated with small notes of quince, racy minerality as well as small touches of white flowers and very discreet spikes of almond / butter. The palate is fruity, balanced, precise, straight, elegant, racy, delicate and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame, freshness and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe brulee and slightly crushed apple associated with fine touches of quince, exotic fruit tips (quenette …) and a very discreet touch of mirabelle plum, beeswax and almond. Good length.
