The wine has a deep ruby color, with purplish reflections. The nose is reserved, delicate, but complex. It expresses notes of black fruits (black plum, blackcurrant, morello cherry, blueberry) and red fruits (strawberry, red cherry, red plum), with a pleasant and pure freshness of blackcurrant leaf, blackcurrant bud, mint and liquorice. We also feel delicate notes of violet in the background and a slight peppery note. On the palate, the wine is more open, especially on the fruit (red plum, black plum, morello cherry, red cherry), with a slight note of dried mint, dried flowers and black pepper. The tannins are firm, a bitrough. The finish is persistent, tangy, with pronounced notes of red cherry and peppermint. A wine with energy and good structure.
