The nose is fresh, fruity, gourmand and offers a small pulpy side, deepness as well as a small restrained side. It reveals notes of pulpy Boysen blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of caramelization, cherry blossoms, green cardamom, strawberry flowers, hints of toasted oak, hazelnut. roasted, chocolate as well as very discreet hints of local grove and an imperceptible hint of olive leaf. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a controlled richness, tension, deepness, a fine tension as well as energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of small black berries associated with touches of fleshy strawberry, Bigarreau cherry, caramelization, black olive, oleander as well as slight hints of vanilla, black tea and toasted hazelnut. Tannins are well-built and mellow. Good length. A beautiful grain of tannins on the persistence.
