The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, a certain aromatic purity, gourmandize, a fine suavity, a fine grain, finesse as well as a small power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy wild cassis, pulpy Boysen berry, small notes of wild raspberry associated with touches of blueberry, toasted, cuben pepper, liquorice, very discreet hints of caramelization as well as an imperceptible hint of black olive and coffee.
