The nose is powerful, elegant and aromatic. It reveals notes of lemon zests, flint and small notes of quince associated with small yellow fruits, zests and very discreet hints of spices/gray pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers suavity, gourmandize, fat as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, ripe/juicy yellow plume and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with a subtle hint of lychee/Quenette as well as very discreet hints of butter (in the background). Good length.
