Domaine Entras 1997 – Armagnac Ténareze

Domaine Entras 1997 – Armagnac Ténareze

The nose is elegant, fine, beautifully racy and offers complexity and a beautiful fine grain very discreetly tight. It reveals notes of dry orange, dry lemon/pot-pourri associated with fine touches of dry peach, dry quince as well as very fine hints of rancio and subtle hints of grilled/toasted bread and very discreet hints of nougatine/hazelnut (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a good definition, finesse as well as tension. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of dry orange, jam and small notes of dry zests associated with very fine hints of dry peach as well as very discreet hints of dry white flowers. A beautiful persistence on a hint of nut fruits (walnut, almond), honey. More than 6 caudalies and a discreet hint of alcohol on the number 3.
