The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a fine unctuosity, an acidulous frame, a certain richness, a fine tension as well as a small fleshiness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy / pulpy cherry, juicy strawberry and small notes of pulpy / acidulous purple plum associated with touches of small acidulous red berries, fine hints of cherry blossoms, lily, licorice as well as discreet toasted hints and chocolate. Tannins are well-built and very slightly firm. Gourmandize!
