The nose expresses notes of ripe black fruits (cassis, fig, plum), ripe red cherry but also some notes of animal/game and spices. The palate is fresh, intense, well-defined and well-built. It reveals fruity aromas (we find the fruity aromas from the nose) with notes of licorice and spices. A beautiful wine!
