Domaine du Grand Cros Le Grand Cros – L’esprit de Provence AOP Côtes de Provence 2021

The wine has a very pale, limpid and shiny melon colour. The first nose is aromatic, smoky, with citrus fruits like kumquat zest as well as some flowers. The second nose develops on tangerine, lemon blossom, rose but also Cavaillon melon and peach. A real basket of fresh fruits. The attack is frank, fresh, gourmand with fruits such as nectarine and a hint of mandarin. The acidity is balanced and persists through the finish. There are some touches of crushed strawberries as well as white grapes. The lingering and light finish is straight on the juicy lychee.
