Domaine du Colombier 2017 – Chablis

The nose is fruity, racy and offers a limestone minerality (terroir). It reveals notes of lemon, quince and small notes of yellow berries / mirabelle plums associated with a hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, an acidulous frame, tension, suavity, a racy minerality, roundness, a very fine unctuosity as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy quince and small notes of juicy white fruits combined with a hint of juicy / acidulous mirabelle plum and a very discreet hint of zest (in the background).
