The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine tension, precision as well as gourmandize, a small fleshiness, suavity, a beautiful definition and a certain straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, juicy/fresh blackberry, small notes of strawberry associated with a touch of cherry, liquorice, fine touches of caramelization as well as hints of cherry blossom, a racy minerality and a discreet hint of camphor/mild tobacco. Good length. Tannins are precise, straight and well-built. Sapidity and gourmandize on the finish/persistence.
