The nose is fruity, racy, elegant and reveals a fine concentration and a relatively powerful and precise grain. There are notes of quince, dried zest and a hint of racy minerality and gunflint combined with hints of apple, dried kumquat as well as discreet varietal hints, iodine and a subtle almost acacia touch. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, freshness, accuracy, precision, an acidic spine, a nice definition as well as a good work on the good bitter taste. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crisp green apple, crisp nectarine and more lightly dried lemon zest combined with hints of varietal/white flowers as well as fine quince, a discreet hint of apricot, spice, a subtle hint of racy, iodine minerality and very discreet hints of toast and butter. Good length.
