The nose is fruity, elegant, precise, racy and well-built. It reveals notes of cassis, red berries and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with small touches of flowers, cassis bud, spices and a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, racy, delicate, gourmande and offers a good definition, a beautiful mineral frame, roundness, a beautiful elegance, dynamism, a fine juiciness, a fine fleshiness as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy red berries, red cherry and small notes of wild raspberry associated with touches of cassis, wild blackberry, fine touches of flowers, discreet hints of spices, liquorice as well as an imperceptible toasted touches / ripe almond and sweet spices (in the background). Tannins are fine, elegant and very discreetly firm. Good length. A beautiful wine!
