The nose is elegant, racy and offers a fine freshness, a fine grain as well as a fine racy minerality. It reveals notes of quince, crushed kumquat and small notes of crushed mirabelle plum associated with very fine hints of citrus, a subtle hint of white flowers and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, juiciness, a racy minerality as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy Mirabelle plum and small notes of fleshy pear associated with very fine hints of kumquat, discreet hints of zests/citrus (lemon, mandarin), flowers as well as very discreet hints of butter and almond.
