It reveals notes of wild blackberry, raspberry, small notes of small wild red fruits associated with touches of violet, lily, fleshy cassis as well as fine hints of nutmeg, cuben pepper and a subtle hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine tension, roundness as well as a fine richness, gourmandize, a fine freshness, a certain aromatic purity and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed strawberry, small notes of pulpy cassis associated with touches of small juicy/fresh wild red fruits, lilac, violet as well as fine hints of nutmeg, tonka bean, cocoa, a discreet hint of green cardamom and mild tobacco. An imperceptible hint of caramelization/brioche on the persistence. Tannins are elegant, well-built and very discreetly chewy.
