The nose is fruity and elegant. It reveals notes of quince and ripe / juicy citrus combined with touches of pear, mirabelle plum as well as discreet hints of beeswax, butter and discreet toasted hints / vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, delicate, elegant, precise and offers a beautiful juiciness, a fine mineral frame (racy minerality), a very fine acidity (in the background), a beautiful freshness, a discreet tension, a fine suavity as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy peach, ripe / juicy citrus (tangerine, lemon) and juicy kumquat associated with fine touches of quince, pear, vanilla, fine toasted touches / butter. Good length.
