The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers delicacy, depth, complexity, good definition and a lovely multi-layered quality. There are notes of fresh quince, fresh kumquat and small notes of bright yellow apple combined with fine hints of fresh lime, crushed berries and a subtle almost buttery, almost sweet spice and imperceptible hint of lemongrass (in the background). The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness, acidity, tension, precision, harmony, precision, energy, vibrancy, precision, harmony and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy, juicy apple, lychee and small notes of fresh kumquat combined with hints of crunchy berries, a subtle hint of lemon and mesocarp, discreet hints of lemon blossom and honeysuckle, a very discreet hint of almond as well as an imperceptible hint of sense of place and iodine/saline minerality. A nice work on the good bitter taste.
