The nose is fruity, slightly tight and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of purple plum, cornflowers and small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of crushed redcurrants, hints of zan as well as discreet hints of gray pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a small concentration, a small unctuosity, a nice acidulous frame, a good definition as well as a very fine richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, juicy / acidulous redcurrants and small notes of juicy plum associated with touches of racy minerality, acidulous small blue fruits, zan, toast as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg and cocoa. Tannins are very slightly mellow. Good length.
