The color of this wine is pale with melon reflections. The nose is very aromatic and fruity. There are notes of grapefruit, juicy yellow peach and apricot. We perceive fine hints of mint as well as fresh thyme accompanied by touches of apricot blossom. On the palate it is fresh and fruity with a tangy frame. There are notes of grapefruit, lime, juicy strawberry and passion fruit. It is slightly astringent in the end with a very long persistence.
