Domaine des Brosses 2022 – Sancerre

The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is pure, essentially fruity, with a smoky touch in the background. It expresses notes of strawberry, tart raspberry, red currant, roasted red cherry and elderberry, combined with notes of smoked meat, white pepper, a touch of fresh thyme, violet and wildflowers. The palate is airy, fresh, juicy and slightly tannic. It expresses notes of fresh red cherry, redcurrant, raspberry, roasted red cherry, combined with notes of white pepper, cloves, a slight smoky touch and a hint of violet and wild flowers. The finish is juicy, fruity, with fresh acidity and spicy and savory notes which persist on the finish and complement an expressive note of fresh red cherry. Lightness and gourmandise, a beautiful fruitiness.
