Domaine des Baoux 2021 – Coteaux d’Aix en Provence

(Organic) The wine shows a youthful ruby colour with a brightening rim. The nose is intensely fruity, offering nuances of forest raspberries, a touch of bramble and black currant, a hint of black currant leaf and fresh tobacco. The palate is juicy and exuberant with attractive fruit concentration, bold but smooth and polished tannins, good freshness and length. The palate is succulent and bright, mirroring the nose with intense notes of red and black berries, supported by sweet spices and herbaceous notes. Opulently fruity and refreshing. Already pleasant to drink.
