The nose is fruity, quite aromatic and offers a fine richness / unctuosity. It reveals notes of quince, pear compote and crushed vine peach combined with a touch of green apple, citrus, almond and a very discreet hint of flowers. The wine needs to be decanted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frale, finesse, a fine creaminess, a fine acidity, tension and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of stewed peach, quince and small notes of pear associated with a hint of green apple skin, flowers, almond as well as a very discreet hint of butter (in the background) and an imperceptible touch of sweet spices.
