Domaine denis Père et Fils 2015 – Pernand-Vergelesses

The nose is fine, fruity, elegant and offers gourmandise, deepness as well as a slight richness. It reveals notes of beeswax and yellow fruits associated with slight hints of ripe white fruits as well as a hint of exotic fruits and subtle hints of toasted oak/beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fine, elegant, dynamic and offers a beautiful juiciness, a slight acid frame, a beautiful juiciness/delicacy as well as a beautiful guideline. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy ripe lemon, juicy ripe peach, quince and slight notes of small yellow stone fruits associated with a discreet hint of ripe apple, exotic fruits as well as subtle toasted hints and beeswax. Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of almond on the aftertaste. Beautiful aromatic and gourmande persistence.
