The nose is racy, beautifully built and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, power (full of finesse), a certain freshness as well as a certain aerial side. It reveals notes of wild cassis, small wild black fruits, black plum, small notes of violet associated with small touches of pulpy raspberry, graphite, saffron, a racy minerality as well as beautiful hints of fresh local grove and fresh pepper. The palate is fruity, full of balance and offers juiciness, a good definition, gourmandize, freshness, a beautiful delicacy, minerality, a small fat, suavity, a certain power (full of finesse), a small aerial side in the approach as well as a fine, precision and very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy wild cassis, small pulpy/juicy black berries, small notes of crushed/creamy black plum associated with small touches of blue berries, tobacco, crushed cherry, cardamom, camphor as well as hints of toasted, nutmeg, vanilla and a subtle hint of caramelization (in the background). Tannins are elegant and racy. Good length. This wine should be decanted. A beautiful wine!
