The nose is relatively fruity/aromatic and offers gourmandise as well as a racy minerality. It reveals notes of lemon zests, apple and clay associated with slight notes of crushed nectarine (in the background) as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers an acid frame, suavity, gourmandise as well as finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe clementine associated with small notes of apple, ripe lemon, green lemon zests as well as a touch of compoted peach, fresh pineapple and slight notes of clay. Good length and persistence on touches of citrus, citrus zests and peach.
